You can share a workbook with others in your team.

Share a workbook with others, right within Excel. You can let them edit the workbook or just view it. But first of all, you must have MS Onedrive account to store the workbook on that cloud and then you can share with any one you like by send them a link to view or edit that file.

Here is how to share via images:

1. First of all, open the workbook you want to share.
2. Select File –> Share:

then you must specify the folder which you want to save to (on Cloud OneDrive)

  • Login OneDrive:


  • then Save file to folder and click Invite People or even post to social network/email whatever you like:


3. Enter email of invite people and then click Share


PS: You can type a message if you like, this is an option.
